The hotel's location is its key asset, being well-appointed for both the gig venue and the city center. The rooms were modern and clean, but only partially refreshed after our first night. The service was fabulously welcoming and offered complimentary breakfast as an apology. The dining experience had plenty of choices but fell short of 4-star quality. The facilities were well-maintained.

I felt at home in the hotel, with big rooms and lovely high ceilings making it cozy. The bed was comfy, but being right opposite the club kept me up until the early hours of the morning. Despite the temperature being turned down, the noise was a bit of a downside.

The rooms are hot and stuffy due to the inability to use the A/C or open windows, with quite a large bathroom featuring a separate bath and shower. Despite not being ready upon my arrival after 2.30, the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming, especially with my older mother. However, the room was extremely small, and there was a lot of noise from nearby pubs/clubs until about 2 am.
